1. Agreement & Institutional Licensing
These Terms of Service govern the use of Proctify desktop lockdown applications, Moodle plugins, and the School cPanel invigilation platform provided by Proctify Technologies Inc. ("Proctify"). By provisioning an institutional pilot or purchasing a subscription, your educational institution agrees to these terms.
2. Scope of Service & Moodle Integration
Proctify provides exam security, OS-level lockdown, and live invigilation services designed for Moodle-based Learning Management Systems. The institution is responsible for maintaining its own Moodle server credentials, Web Services API tokens, and quiz configurations.
3. Pricing & Student Quota Terms
Institutional subscriptions are calculated at the agreed rate of $1.50 per active student per month (or custom negotiated enterprise contract). Quotas are measured by unique active students attempting proctored quizzes during each billing cycle. There are no limits or supplemental fees for the number of quizzes administered.
4. Student Acceptable Use & Honor Pledge
Students utilizing the Proctify desktop application agree to refrain from attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or inject memory modifications into the exam sandbox. Attempting to bypass security hooks constitutes a violation of university academic honor codes.
5. Service Availability & Support SLA
Proctify guarantees a 99.98% platform uptime for exam telemetry and invigilator feeds. Standard support is provided via email and WhatsApp concierge during academic operational hours.
